Private Lessons are weekly one on one instruction for one skill. They are offered for 30 or 60 minutes. Skills offered are pitching, hitting, defense, arm care and catching. Each half hour is for a single skill.

Dynamic Lesson

Hour lesson for one skill, this is a progressive lesson that entails for drill work and includes some dynamic work with arm care, bands, core strength,etc
