Ages 14-18U

Groups will be divided by ages:

 

Next Level will lead players through a progressive class of drills. Repition and drills are focus of these weekly classes

• Approach to ball

• Throwing mechanics

• Angle work to ball

 

 

 Hitting Camp

Focus:

         Maximize power and bat speed

         Stance and set up

         Swing path

         Lower half checkpoints

         Approach

Benefits/Analysis

         Launch Angle and bat speed using Blast Motion

         Video Analysis

         Exit velocity

         Player evaluation

         Stations with soft toss, tee work, front toss, BP

         Working within "pack" approach

 

 

 

Catchers camp

• Framing

• Blocking

• Throwing mechanics

• Footwork

• Video analysis

• Increase pop time
